SERIES MANIA FORUM (MARCH 25 - 27, 2025)
Welcome to the Series Mania Buyers Upfront call for entries 2025, open until January 30th, 2025, 14:00 (CET).
Submissions must consist of first looks of high-end dramas (12 minutes of scenes from the shooting or first edit) that have never been publicly shown before. The selection will be based on both artistic merit and broad audience appeal.
To submit a series you must:
Acceptable options for the 12-minute clip include: the beginning of the pilot episode, a highlight sequence of impactful scenes either from the pilot episode or from the overall season. Final cuts or picture locks are preferred but not required, we will accept work in progress at different stages of the editing, grading and/or mixing process.
The 12 selected series will be presented during a 3-hour screening event. Every applicant will have the opportunity to present a 12-minute clip, after a short introduction and presentation of the series. An award for the most promising series, will be given by a professional jury during SERIES MANIA FORUM 2025.
IMPORTANT: Submissions will only be accepted in English so that all materials can be read by our international selection committee.
